Early MSA Blade Humbucking Pickup

This pickup is the only humbucking pickup available on the market that will fit early MSA steel guitars with the pickup pocket that measures 1.00 x 4.00 inches. The compact size will also fit other smaller pockets such as the ShoBud Maverick, these can be ordered by request. The pickup is designed to mount with Velcro for easy installation.

The unique magnetic design uses neodymium magnets to create a powerful magnetic field within the very small pickup area., and the close proximity of the two blades gives a smooth treble response. The coil winds are relatively light to create a clear response in the bass register, and each of the two coils is wax potted to prevent microphonics.

Steeltronics utilizes on demand 3D printing for key components, therefore normal production time is 4 weeks for most orders.
